They will seat you but you have to go up to the counter to order. I ordered the magic Shakas (peppers, onions, zucchin, squash, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes) with potatoes O'Brien and eggs over easy, my friend ordered the Cowboy hash(brisket, bell peppers, onions, and BBQ sauce). My dish was very fulfilling, large portions. Everything I wanted from a breakfast dish was there, even though the portion was so big, it didn't feel heavy, it was mostly veggies but the flavor was there, not watery at all as you would expect from mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, and squash. Upon trying my friends dish, the meat was really juicy and well seasoned. I don't usually go to breakfast places but this one was everything I wanted. I would recommend.
By far the best breakfast in the south sound. Problem location is terrible. Anywhere else it’d be packed 24/7. Great coffee. Giant portions. I love the build your own potatoes. Pancakes are huge. French toast delicious. Omelettes never make it into a to go box. Highly recommend. Fine for kids but again I think the area deters families.
Really good service. There are a lot of great breakfast choices. It was a hard decision. I went for the eggs ( your style choice), potatoes, meat choice ( bacon, of course), and the delicious Big ol pancake, which came with a generous scoop of soft butter. The pancake was tender, slight crisp on edges, cooked perfectly. I was only able to eat half my food. It made great leftovers the next morning. A very nice server that made sure we were taken care of
On a road trip from California and decided to look for local breakfast places. We saw reviews for this place and it sounded pretty good, so we gave it a shot. We weren't disappointed at all. The portions were large, and the prices were great. Everyone working there is super friendly. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll visit here again.
I visited the restaurant with a friend, and I tried the Top Choice. It was a great amount of food for the price. Quality-wise, the food was excellent. The meal included 4-5 pieces of bacon, which were thick & crispy. The pancake was about an inch thick and exceeded the plate about 2"-3". The pancake is a meal by itself, and there was plenty of butter and syrup available.
Unreal. This is some of the best breakfast diner food I’ve ever had. Pancakes the size of a steering wheel, perfectly seasoned potatoes, great prices and serving sizes. Absolutely will make this a mandatory stop when I’m in Tacoma again!
If I could give it 6 stars, I would. This is the best breakfast place in Tacoma. Their magic potatoes are phenomenal. And I love that they always have ice water.
Chill vibes and delicious food! The Cowboy Hash hit the spot and was happy to see that they had White Coffee available which also hot the spot!!!
